At Omei Home, we want your space to feel like a true sanctuary. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your home, we are here to help you guide through the return process.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item is delivered.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT Send Items Back Interdependently

Please do NOT mail your package back to the address listed on the shipping label or to our corporate address. Our shipping facilities do not accept unapproved return packages.

Any items sent back without prior approval from our customer support team will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, as we cannot track them within our system.
How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step):

Contact Us First: Send an email to
support@omeihome.comwith your Order Number and the reason for your return. -
Receive Your Authorized Return Instructions: Our dedicated support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide you with the exact, dedicated return warehouse address and specific instructions.

Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your product arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please take a quick photo or video of the issue and email it to us at support@omeihome.com right away. We will gladly ship out a brand-new replacement immediately at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
