At Omei Home, we believe that creating a peaceful sanctuary shouldn't be rushed. To bring you unique, high-quality lifestylish objects while maintaining a mindful footprint, we work directly with artisan craftsmen and premium design partners around the globe.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • United States: We are proud to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we focus exclusively on delivering our serene experiences to customers within the United States.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped, complete with a tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Windows

Because our curated collection is shipped directly from our global design workshops to eliminate middleman storage and unnecessary emissions, our shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard US Delivery: 8 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Please note that occasional transit delays may occur due to seasonal high volumes, customs processing, or weather conditions. However, we always choose the most reliable, fully-tracked shipping routes to ensure your package arrives safely.

4. Order Tracking

  • Transparency is a core part of our ritual. As soon as your order leaves the workshop, we will send you an email containing a Tracking Link.

  • You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time from our facility straight to your front door. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update initially.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For orders delivered to the United States under the official import threshold, no additional customs duties or taxes are typically applied.

  • In the rare event that any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes are assessed by your local jurisdiction upon arrival, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Omei Home is not responsible for these expenses.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and accurately at checkout. Omei Home cannot be held responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned to the origin due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a reshipping fee may apply, or we will issue a refund minus the original shipping costs incurred by our facility.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit (exceeding 25 business days without an update), please contact our sanctuary support team immediately at support@omeihome.com. We will conduct a swift investigation and arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund.
